SPOIO Inc. was founded in 2008 in Virginia Beach, Virginia.USA by

Lionel "Luciano Illuminati" White. He serves as the CEO and Publisher of SPOIO Publishing. He founded his first business in 1996 which was  selling gold jewelry at a fea market. His first corporation was SmartPeopleOrderItOnline Inc. (Feb. 2007 - June 2008).

He has been a musician and song-writer since the age of 12. He performed with a rap group from age 15-17 while simultaneously playing in the Salem High School marching band and concert bands.

His music career contiuned throughout his early twenties. He put out several indie CDs of Rock & Rhythm music using the name Luciano Illuminati.

Her wrote and published his first book in 2009. It was released in November. the book is called: Wealth Building Strategies of the Super Rich: How to start a Family Dynasty.
